Tutor Application Form

Monomoy School District welcomes tutors to support the educational learning of young minds. To expedite the process of adding you to our tutoring list, please fill out and return the form below. The information you provide will help facilitate partnerships between tutors and students based on individual needs and interests.

  • We will match tutors based on student needs and tutor availability.
  • Tutors are paid $39.04/hour and with each hour of tutoring provided, tutors are entitled to 20 minutes of paid prep time at this same rate.
  • After completion of the application form, tutors will receive additional information, including time cards, the yearly pay schedule, and tutor guidelines to use as a reference.
  • Before any work may commence, tutors must visit Central Office to have a CORI completed.
  • Tutors will also need to schedule a session to be fingerprinted.
