Notice of special education records destruction
Monomoy Regional School District will destroy unclaimed Special Education records on or after August 31, 2026, for former students who transferred out of or moved away from the district or who exited Special Education services during 2015, 2016, 2017, or 2018.
Individuals wishing to obtain their records must contact the Special Education Office of the School District before August 14, 2026.
The district will be emailing letters of notification to parents/guardians or former students' last known email address. If you do not receive a letter and think that you might have records that would be available for claiming, please contact our office.
