Back to School Information Update
To prepare for the start of the school year, we ask that all families take a moment to review the contact information listed in our student information system (Aspen), grant annual permissions where needed for the Health Office and field trips, and upload any necessary documents.
We’re excited to share that Aspen has a new mobile-friendly look that is much easier to access via cell phone!
- Computer: To watch a video tutorial on how to update this information on a computer, click here, then log in to Aspen.
- Mobile Device: To update the information on a mobile device or cell phone, first log in to Aspen, then click the menu button (three horizontal lines) on the lower right, click Forms, select the student, and click New. If you have more than one student, you will be able to return to Forms after you click submit for the first student.
This process must be completed prior to the start of school on September 2, 2025.
If you don’t know your Aspen password or remember your login ID, use the "Trouble logging in?" link on Aspen's login screen using your email address. If you need additional support, please send an email to help@monomoy.edu.
If you are not able to complete this process online, please contact the front office of your student’s school and they can help you.

Aspen is a web-based application that allows parents access to the Monomoy Regional School student information system. In a secure manner, it allows parents/guardians read-only access to their child’s attendance, schedule, discipline record, and grades. At some point in the future, Aspen will also allow you to instantly update all of your contact information. Once a parent/guardian has registered, this information is accessible at any time from any computer/device that is connected to the Internet.
The Aspen system is designed to provide an additional option for the sharing of information between parents, teachers, students, and administrators. It is NOT meant to be a replacement or substitute for telephone conversations, parent/teacher meetings, or any other direct interaction with the school system.
Need help accessing Aspen?
If you are locked out of your account - please use the "I forgot my password" link on Aspen's login screen.
Aspen will allow for individual password recovery – If you have not done so already, please set up this security feature by following these instructions: Aspen password recovery instructions.
Please email help@monomoy.edu or contact the front office staff at your student's school if you continue having difficulty with your account.

How to Access Student Report Cards on Aspen
Report cards for our students in grades K through 12 are available in the Aspen Family Portal.
In order to view your child's report card online, you need to log in to Aspen. If you have problems accessing your Aspen account, please send an email to help@monomoy.edu.
You will receive an email when report cards or progress reports are posted, advising you to log in to Aspen to view or download the report card PDF.
Once you have logged in to Aspen, the report cards are easily accessible on the home page, on the lower left (see image). Simply click on the PDF to view, download, and/or print the report card.
