Physicals
Students should have a physical exam upon entry to school in Kindergarten, Grade 4, Grade 7, and Grade 10.
The Monomoy Regional School District follows the Massachusetts Department of Health and the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletics recommendations: All students must have a current physical examination recorded with the Health Office. Physical exams are valid for 13 months. Sports Physical Exams must be performed by a duly licensed Physician, Physician’s Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner. All physical exams should be completed by your own primary care physician. Please forward your student's updated physical to the Health Office.
