Monomoy Regional School District facilities are available for use and rental by both internal parties as well as external community groups. MRSD facilities must be reserved using our online system.
If you are already associated with an organization, the organization name will appear at the top of the page.
Click Confirm & Continue to proceed to the event request ticket steps.
If you are not associated with an organization, you have the following options:
Find and Associate Organization
Search the list below to see if your organization already exists. If you find it, contact the primary contact to have your email associated with the organization before proceeding.
Add New Organization
If your organization is not found, click Add New Organization and enter the required organization details.
After completing the required fields, click Next to create and associate your organization with your account.
Not Part of an Organization
If your event is not tied to any organization, click the Skip this Step link. The organization dropdown will be set to "This event is not part of an organization."
Once the organization step is complete, proceed to the event reservation detail page.
Complete the following fields:
Event Title (Required)
Event Type (Required)
Number of Attendees (Optional)
Setup Time (Optional)
Breakdown Time (Optional)
Organization (Required)
Start/End Dates (Optional)
Once satisfied, click Continue.
Room Selection
The available rooms will be displayed based on your event criteria.
You can search or filter rooms by location and type.
Click on a room card to select the room. Multiple rooms can be selected for multi-room reservations.
Once satisfied, click Continue.
Confirm Date and Time
Review your requested time slot or choose a new one in the calendar view.
You can drag and drop the event to move the date and drag borders of the event block to adjust time if needed.
Once satisfied, click Continue.
Review and Confirm
Review the details of your event. You cannot edit the disabled fields on the current page but you can click on Go Back if needed to make a change.
Insurance Details
If the organization is new or no valid insurance is on file, fill out the Insurance Details section.
Submit Request
Scroll down to agree to the terms and conditions and fill out any additional required fields and click Submit. A confirmation message will confirm the ticket was submitted successfully.
You will receive a confirmation email with your event ticket details.
