Open Enrollment Information

Open Enrollment periods are annual events when Active Employees and Retirees can make changes or additions to their benefit plan elections without the need of a Qualifying Event.

Active Employees will have open enrollment in April & May, with new plan elections going into effective in July of that same year.

Retirees (those on Medicare Supplemental Plans) will have open enrollment in November, with new plan elections going into effect in January.
