PM and Repair Roof Top Units Exhaust Fans Air Handlers and Heaters
Invitation for Bids
Monomoy Regional School District (the “District”) invites bids from qualified contractors to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Roof Top Units, Exhaust Fans, Air Handlers, Outdoor Gas Heaters and Cabinet Unit Heaters at the two Elementary Schools and Middle School of the Monomoy Regional School District in the towns of Chatham and Harwich, MA.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c149 Sections 44A - 44J and to prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c149 s26 to 27D.
The contact will begin August 1st, 2022. The contract will end on January 3nd, 2025, although it may be extended for a further 2 years.

Bids must be submitted electronically through COMMBUYS.
Bidders must be DCAMM certified in the category of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
No filed sub-bids are required for this Project.
All bids must be submitted and received by the date and time noted above. No bid will be accepted or allowed to be altered after the time and date specified.
The District intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder based on an evaluation of bid prices for all five years (the first three years and the two option years of the contract). The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept bids deemed to be in the best interest of the district.
Any bid submitted will be binding for 30 days subsequent to the deadline date for the receipt of sealed bids.
