Installation of Mini Splits
Monomoy Regional School District invites bids from qualified contractors to supply and install twenty new wall mini-split systems in two Monomoy Regional School District buildings. This project includes the removal of existing systems in some locations. Each location will require an indoor and outdoor unit, and all necessary refrigerant lines and electrical wiring.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c149 Sections 44A - 44J, M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M, and to prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c149 s26 to 27D.
Copies of the bid documents are available from April 5th, 2023, at 10AM and may be obtained by emailing Michael MacMillan, School Business manager, mmacmillan@monomoy.edu. Bids must be submitted either electronically through COMMBUYS or to the District Offices, 425 Crowell Road, Chatham. Bids will be opened at 2PM on May 3rd, 2023.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept bids deemed to be in the best interest of the district. Any bid submitted will be binding.
