  • The high school and middle school fall sports registration is open on Family ID.  Here is what you need to know for fall sports.

    High School Fall Sports
    1. Register on Family ID at familyid.com
    2. Have a current physical into the school nurse prior to first practice
    3. Complete the free online NFHS courses, Concussion in Sports and Implicit Bias at nfhslearn.com and submit certificate to our Athletic Trainer, Taylor Murray at tmurray@monomoy.edu
    4. Have a current ImPACT Test with our Athletic Trainer, Taylor Murray.  To schedule these in August contact Taylor.

    All high school players and parents must attend the Meet The Coaches Night on Monday August 14th at 6:00pm in the MRHS Auditorium.  Specific practice times and information will be given at this meeting.

    High School Fall Sports Start Dates:
    August 18th - Football, Cheerleading
    August 21st - Boys and Girls Soccer, Field Hockey, Boys Golf, Cross Country, Girls Volleyball
    Unified Basketball begins after school starts

    Middle School Fall Sports
    1. Register on Family ID at familyid.com
    2. Have a current physical into the school nurse prior to the first practice

    Middle school fall sports begin Monday September 11th.  Meet the Coaches Night is scheduled for Wednesday September 6th at 6:00pm in the MRMS Auditorium.

    Middle School Fall Sports Offered:
    Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Field Hockey, Cross Country, Coed Golf

  • Middle school spring sports begin Monday April 3rd.  Family ID is now open for registrations.  Middle school Meet The Spring Coaches Night is Wednesday March 22nd at 6:00pm in the middle school auditorium.  All students interested in playing a spring sport and their parents/guardians must attend this meeting.
    Here is what you need to do in order to participate on April 3rd.
    1. Register on Family ID at familyid.com.  Search for Monomoy and make sure to select the middle school spring sports registration form.
    2. Have a current physical into the school nurse or our Athletic Trainer Taylor Murray at tmurray@monomoy.edu
    3. Pass in a pre-participation head injury form to Taylor Murray.

    Currently the middle school spring sports being offered are:
    Baseball
    Softball
    Coed Golf
    Coed Track
    Coed Tennis

    Please note, boys and girls lacrosse are clubs and not official sports.  Information regarding them should be communicated with all the other club information.

Transportation Waiver

  • All players are expected to ride on the bus with the team to and from all away games/meets. If parents need to drive their child home from an away game, this Transportation Waiver must be completed and submitted 48 hours prior to the game. Click here to download the Transportation Waiver.
