My name is Amy Hirschberger and I have been teaching here at HES for 30 years. I have had the pleasure of teaching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade, but I must admit first grade is my favorite. I love watching first graders grow. It is such an amazing year of learning! I have 3 of my own adult children; Jenna, Jacob and Austin. I love going to hockey games and when I am not at school you can often find me at a rink or the beach. I feel lucky to have been a part of this wonderful community for so many years and I look forward to getting to know even more families and helping their children learn and grow.
