Classroom Observation

The revised classroom observation form is significantly more condensed than the previous classroom observation feedback form, focusing on 5 instructional areas. These five instructional areas are: student vs. teacher classroom discourse, learning target/objective, depth of knowledge, differentiation, and relationships. For some staff, these may be new terms and concepts, or familiar concepts with new names. As such, we will be providing ongoing training in these as we roll out this revised educator evaluation system. In the section below, you will find a collection of resources that can be accessed to support educators in this process and in deepening their understanding of each of these concepts.
