Grades 9-12 Honors Summer Reading 2023

  • Grades 9-12 Honors Summer Reading 2023
    Monomoy Regional High School

Read to enjoy.  Read to travel.  Read to eavesdrop.  Read to remember.  Read to hear the music of new and old voices.  Read.

All students enrolled in an English Honors course for the 2022-2023 school year are required to complete summer reading. While this assignment is not required for CP, it is extra credit, so why not pick up some free points early?

Students should read one book from the choices listed below. Please read the text slowly and carefully; do not rush through it. All students should complete the book BEFORE the first day of school and be prepared for some kind of assessment(s) within the first week of school.

Some of the books can be signed out before the end of the school year in the indicated classrooms during Advisory or over the summer from the front office. Other choices that the school does not have, you will have to acquire on your own.
